CLAIMS OF GOODS
The legal warranty period begins on the day you receive the goods and is possibly extended by the time the goods are under warranty repair.

Payment or membership claim:
If you no longer want to continue with the subscription or it does not suit you, write to us at info@brainef.com requesting a refund of the subscription fee.

It is possible to claim goods:
1.) PERSONALLY – bring the claimed goods to the branch of Web Booster s.r.o., ID: 51 062 577 Tax ID: 2120575094 VAT ID: SK 2120575094, Rudohorská 6636/33, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. The company Web Booster s.r.o. is registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Banská Bystrica, Insert number: 32525/S. We will draw up a complaint protocol with you and inform you about the processing of the complaint within 30 days at the latest

2.) IN WRITING – the address Brainef.com is Web Booster s.r.o., ID: 51 062 577 Tax ID: 2120575094 VAT ID: SK 2120575094, Rudohorská 6636/33, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia or ideally via the seller’s email address info@brainef. com

In the written complaint, state the reason for the complaint, a description of the defect in the goods, attach a copy of the tax document (invoice) on the purchase of the goods, the number of your bank account, to which the performance (purchase price paid) should be returned, if necessary, in the event of a positive handling of the complaint, which cannot be resolved by others in a legally permissible manner. Send the claimed product complete, not just a part of it, in packaging appropriate to the nature of the product.
Pack the sent goods well so that they are not damaged during transport. Do not send the goods on delivery, they would not be accepted.

We will avoid delivery complications while waiting for the package.

RETURN OF GOODS within the statutory 14-day period
Only undamaged and unused goods purchased at a brainef.com branch or on the brainef.com online application can be returned within 14 days from the date of collection.

It is not possible to return goods that were made to order, i.e. where engraved names and the like were required.

It is possible to return goods:

The company Web Booster s.r.o. is registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Banská Bystrica, Insert number: 32525/S.

Pack the sent goods well so that they are not damaged during transport. Do not send the goods on delivery, they would not be accepted.
In order to ensure a quick solution to the situation, we ask customers to send the name under which the goods were purchased and information about the required action together with the returned goods, i.e. return, exchange, etc.
The customer always pays the postage when returning/exchanging goods to the head office of the brainef.com e-shop. However, we will refund the postage that you paid for shipping from the brainef.com online application.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS within the statutory 14-day period
To exchange goods, contact our customer department either by sending an e-mail to info@brainef.com. The goods intended for exchange must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

Send the product complete, not just a part of it, in the original packaging. Pack the sent goods well so that they are not damaged during transport. Do not send the goods on delivery, they would not be accepted.
